It is based on Gestaltor Desktop and the Python standard library and targets companies that require automated processing for hundreds or thousands of 3D assets in the context of glTF. Gestaltor Automated allows for a seamless integration into 3D graphics production pipelines and offers the whole feature set of Gestaltor Desktop

UX3D releases a preview of the next generation Gestaltor Desktop
January 2023Gestaltor 2.0 is the new version of the Gestaltor Desktop glTF editor and stager. Its new modular architecture is focused on parallel operations, an improved UX and utilizing the powerful Gestaltor Automated backend. The pre-alpha version is now available, already showcasing a glimpse of existing and new features. Note that this version should not be used in production and that features are still subject to change. We invite you to test Gestaltor 2.0 and appreciate your feedback at support@ux3d.io.

OTOY® and UX3D announce a strong partnership

UX3D at the Siggraph BoF on 1st August 2022
August 2022Norbert Nopper, the Managing Director of UX3D, is part of the Khronos expert round talking about “Advanced PBR Material Parameters in glTF” at the Siggraph BOF event. The experts will discuss about how materials use Physically Based Rendering (PBR) in glTF 2.0 and present recent extensions that are extending the range of physical materials can be expressed.

June 2022Leading international standards organizations and companies joined forces to create interoperability standards for an open metaverse. This forum is hosted under the name of Metaverse Standards Forum. We are proud that UX3D is one of the participating organizations to engage in forum discussions and projects. UX3D at the DMEXCO Spring Summit 2022

Arnold Pötsch, Sr. Manager at UX3D, presented the importance of glTF for 3D E-commerce and the Metaverse at the DMEXCO Spring Summit. Amongst experts from Snap, Meta and Decentraland he illustrated the best case 3D real time asset creation workflow by using Gestaltor, the first glTF editor on the market. Norbert Nopper, the founder and managing director of UX3D, was invited to share his knowledge about 3D real time graphics and standards at the Metaverse Day hosted by Must, an all-in-one B2B Metaverse solution company. Besides listening to Norbert’s very impressive panel "GLTF FOR NFT, THE METAVERSE AND BEYOND" the virtual booth crew was excited to interact with trade fair visitors’ avatars and being connected in a totally immersive experience.
